We want you to love your All Time Low gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt as proof of shipment until the return is processed.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
